and therefor has to respect the law,
and other peoples copyright and licenses.
We in turn hope people respect our rules,
copyright and licenses.
electric ray protects all its work and all
its intelectual property as its own copyright.
This copyright belongs to Ivar Abrahamsen,
the owner of electric ray.
eray is an Open Source supporter
and relies on many Open Source products.
eray contributes back into the community,
and some of eray's products are released
under Open Source licenses.
electric ray disclaims all liabilities it can.
electric ray aim not to violate or offend anyone.
electric ray's own license is inherited by
the licenses already used in the products.
This may be Gnu's GPL or LGPL,
Apache License, Sun's Binary License,
or Microsoft's EULA, among others.
On top of this electric ray's general
license is unless otherwise ageed
in the specific contracts:
electric ray retains all copyrights,
but also disclaims all liabilities.
You are free to modify the product.
electric ray will still support a
modified product, however the guarantees
in the SLA may no longer apply.
However we aim to be nice, so we will
do our best to help.
You are free to distribute the product.
However you must credit electric ray
where it is due. Also if the product
is a chargable product, electric ray
must be compensated fully, however
you may markup as much as you like.
You must respect the inherited licenses.
E.g if a GPL licensed product is used,
you must apply by its restrictions.
In general, be nice.
