Natural differences in each project makes exact price quotes vague before any formal requirements has been agreed. However here are a few guidelines:

Consultancy

• Introductory Advice: Free

• Hourly rate: £50-200

• Email Strategy: £100-400

• Web server procurement: £100-400

• Database design: £100-2000

Implentations

• Web Server: £100-300

• Email Server: £200-500

• Firewall: £200

• Web based shop: £400-2000

• Portal: £400-2000

• Plain web site: £25-100

• Web site hosting: £50-500 p/y

• Email hosting: £50-200 p/y

• Integrated Web Application: £2000 p/y

These are price examples of normal projects. For others which are very basic and simple, the charge will be less, if not free. For more enterprise level of projects, then costs naturally sore as the complexities and scale escalates.
