eray provide extensive support on all projects.

eray do not charge for support issues. Business reputation and good name is critcal to the business. so eray will always aim to deliver good customer service.
For larger projects, where a SLA is needed, the support details will be part of the contract.
eray provide free online support, via the product FAQ and the online resources.
In the future the site will have an externally accessible database for support and known issue via Bugzilla and a knowledgebase via Wikipedia. Also with large enough user base, eray may provide forums.
